Built for agency teams

Terms cover staff users, portal access, and multi-role workspaces.

Subscription plans

Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers scale with your consultancy.

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your agency's use of Edazent, including the marketing website, agency workspace, staff CRM, and connected portals for students, counselors, partner agents, and suppliers.

By creating an account, booking agency onboarding, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your consultancy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

edazent provides cloud-based software for education and migration agencies, including:

  • Lead capture, CRM, and pipeline management for inquiries and walk-ins.
  • Student and application tracking through enrollment stages.
  • Document uploads, verification workflows, and institutional programme libraries.
  • Finance tools — invoices, receipts, and payment gateway configuration.
  • Commission engine for partner agent income pools, claims, and payouts (plan-dependent).
  • Staff workforce, attendance, and hiring modules (plan-dependent).
  • Portals for students, partner agents, counselors, and suppliers.
  • Real-time chat, campaigns, reports, and workflow automation.

Platform availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occur with reasonable notice where practicable.

Agency accounts & users

Your agency administrator is responsible for all activity under the workspace, including staff accounts and portal invitations.

  • Staff users (admin, counselor, finance, office staff) access the agency CRM with credentials you manage.
  • Portal users are invited by your agency and access only the data your permissions grant.
  • You must provide accurate agency and billing information and keep admin contact details current.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all actions under your accounts.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your workspace.

Exploring the platform

Pocket Agent is our free mini version — use it to explore core workflows at no cost.

Our live demo on edazent.com lets you sign in with shared demo credentials for agency staff, students, partner agents, and suppliers.

Full production agency workspaces are provisioned after you contact us or book onboarding. Continued use of a production workspace requires an active paid subscription.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Optional modules may incur additional fees as shown on the pricing page.

  • Fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing with advance notice; existing subscriptions are honoured until renewal.
  • Non-payment may result in restricted access or workspace suspension after notice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use edazent lawfully and only for legitimate education and migration consultancy operations:

  • Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access to other agencies' workspaces or platform systems.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform infrastructure.
  • Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Ensure student and applicant data is collected and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Do not resell or sublicense the platform without written agreement.

Client data responsibility

Your agency is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from students and applicants before entering their personal data, including passports and academic documents, into the platform.

Intellectual property

edazent and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of data you enter into your workspace.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the service. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be used to improve the product.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet every specific business requirement or be error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, edazent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the fees paid by your agency in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the workspace ends. Data export may be available for a limited period — contact support for assistance before deletion.
